Procurement of Plant and Machinery, Cost of Other Store, Uniform and Protective Clothes

Khairpur Medical College Khairpur Mir’s Sindh is inviting suppliers, firms, manufacturers, importers, and authorized distributors listed on the FBR/SRB active taxpayers list to submit bids for the supply of Plant and Machinery, Cost of Other Store, and Uniform and Protective Clothes for the financial year 2026-27. The procurement is under Rule-46(2) Single Stage-Two Envelopes Procedure. The tender documents can be downloaded from the official Sindh e-procurement portal. Eligible bidders must be registered with FBR and SRB, have relevant PEC registration where applicable, and provide all mandatory documents including income tax certificates, professional tax certificates, manufacturer authorization, and technical data sheets. The bid security is 2% of the bid price, and the tender fee is PKR 3000. Performance security deposit of 5% is required upon award.
