Procurement of Medical Gases

Mayo Hospital Lahore is inviting e-bids from local manufacturers, sole agents, and sole importers of foreign principals or distributors who are registered with PPRA for E-Procurement on the E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (E-PADS). This procurement is for the financial year 2026-27 and covers a framework contract for the supply of Medical Gases, both liquid and compressed, on a free delivery basis to Mayo Hospital Lahore. The technical scope includes supply to various stores such as General Store, Stationary Store, Sanitation Store, MIR Store, Electric Store, Bedding Clothing & Linen Store, and Ortho Raw Material Store. The tender requires bidders to submit original 1% bid security in the form of CDR, Bank Guarantee, Pay Order, or Bank Draft on the date of tender opening. The procurement will be conducted through a Single Stage Two Envelope Bidding Procedure as per Rule-38 2(a) of PPR Rules, 2014 (amended). Hard copies of bids are not required. Eligible bidders must be registered with FBR and ATL, and have relevant experience in supplying medical gases and related items.
