Procurement of Medical and Laboratory Equipment

The Environment Protection and Climate Change Department through its Strategic Planning and Implementation Unit (SP&IU) invites scaled E-bids (Technical and Financial) for the procurement of Medical and Laboratory Equipment in Lahore. This procurement is open only to firms registered with relevant registration authorities and tax departments. Joint ventures or consortiums are not allowed. Items being procured: - Procurement of Medical and Laboratory Equipment The procurement will be conducted item-wise through the Punjab E-Procurement System (EP) only. Bidders must submit their bids on or before 15th October 2026 at 11:00 AM, with bid opening scheduled for 15th October 2026 at 11:30 AM in the presence of bidders who choose to attend. Bid security of 2% of the total estimated cost is required and must be submitted via the digital banking facility available in the Punjab E-Procurement System. The bid security must be attached with the Technical Bid and will be returned to unsuccessful bidders after completion of the procurement process. The procuring agency will not be responsible for any failure on the part of firms to submit an e-bid or any technical or internet errors. The single stage two envelope procedure will be adopted as per Rule 38 of Punjab PPRA Rules 2014 (amended). The procuring agency reserves the right to reject all bids as per Rule 35 of the PPRA Rules 2014 (amended). Interested bidders may obtain further information from the Assistant Director (Procurement), SP&IU, EPCCD at the address given below. Response time will be calculated exclusively from the date of publication of the advertisement on the PPRA website.
