Procurement of Medicine and Drugs for Wildlife Hospital Safari Zoo Lahore

The Directorate General Wildlife and Parks Punjab invites electronic bids/offers from bidders i.e. firms, companies, sole proprietors, general order suppliers etc. for procurement of medicine and drugs under the project titled 'Establishment of State of the Art Wildlife Hospital, Safari Zoo, Lahore'. Items being procured: - Medicine - Drugs The procurement is for the Wildlife Hospital at Safari Zoo Lahore. Bids will be received as per single stage two envelope procedure. The estimated cost is Rs. 17.000 million with a bid security of Rs. 0.340 million. Bidders must submit signed and stamped documents including technical and financial bids online through the e-Procurement System on or before August 28, 2026 at 01:00 PM manually. The bidder must submit 2% bid security of the estimated price. Bid security submission will be processed digitally through the eP system. Bids will be opened on the same day at 01:30 PM in the presence of the committee and authorized representatives. Bidding documents can be obtained immediately from the date of publication on the PPRA and eP websites: https://eproc.punjab.gov.pk and https://ep.punjab.gov.pk. The department will not be responsible for delays in submission of e-bids. Bidders can download and submit bids without paying any fee. Incomplete, unsigned, unstamped, or late bids will not be considered. If the closing date is a holiday, the next day will be treated as the closing date. Bid validity is 120 days from the last date of submission. The department may reject bids at any time prior to acceptance as per Punjab Procurement Rules 2014.
