Procurement of Medicines for Basic Health Units by Pakistan Red Crescent Society

Pakistan Red Crescent Society (PRCS) invites applications for the procurement of medicines for Basic Health Units for the year 2026. Interested manufacturers, sole distributors, and suppliers with relevant experience in manufacturing or supplying medicine items are eligible to apply. Tender documents including detailed specifications, quantities, and terms & conditions can be collected from the Procurement Department at PRCS National Headquarters, Islamabad during office hours from 09:30 AM to 04:30 PM. A non-refundable tender fee of Rs. 2,000 must be paid via Pay Order or Demand Draft in favor of Pakistan Red Crescent Society. The last date for bid submission is 2nd October 2026 till 03:00 PM, with bids opening on the same day at 03:30 PM. The procurement will follow a single stage two envelopes procedure. Bidders must deposit 2% of the total bid value as bid money in the form of DD/Pay Order along with the financial offer. Offers without bid money will not be entertained. The PRCS competent authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids without assigning any reason. Bidding documents will be issued upon submission of a written application on company letterhead.
