Procurement of Microsoft 365 Licenses, Implementation, Migration, Configuration and Support Services

The Privatisation Commission has reserved funds for the procurement planned for FY 2026-27. The Commission intends to apply part of the proceeds of this fund to cover eligible payments under the contract for the procurement of Microsoft 365 licenses, implementation, migration, configuration and support services. Items being procured: - Microsoft 365 Licenses - Implementation Services - Migration Services - Configuration Services - Support Services The procurement will be conducted through EPADS v2.0 using a Single Stage-Two Envelope procedure with Quality and Cost Based Selection (QCBS) technique in line with Public Procurement Rules, 2004. Bidders must be registered on EPADS v2.0 and submit bids electronically by Monday, October 5, 2026. Manual submission of bids is not allowed. Bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 AM. E-bidding documents with detailed terms, conditions, and specifications are available on the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) portal. Bidders must provide bid security in the form of Pay Order, Banker's Cheque, or Bid Securing Declaration as described in the bidding documents. This procurement is for non-consultancy services related to IT software licensing and support. Interested bidders should ensure compliance with all registration and submission requirements on EPADS.
