Procurement of MIG Welding Plant

Heavy Industries Taxila invites sealed bids from eligible manufacturers, authorized dealers, distributors, suppliers, or firms possessing valid National Tax Number (NTN) and Sales Tax Registration where applicable. The procurement is specifically for a MIG Welding Plant as detailed in the attached Annexure A. Items being procured: - MIG Welding Plant (quantity: 2 units, delivery within 2 months after signing of contract). This procurement is managed by the Supply Chain Management Directorate at Heavy Industries Taxila, located in Taxila, Punjab. The technical scope involves supply and delivery of the MIG Welding Plant as per specifications in the annexure. Bidders must ensure compliance with the Standard Bidding Document (SBD) and follow PPRA and MoDP rules. Eligibility criteria include valid registration or pre-qualification letters issued by HIT, DGP, MoDP, Government or Semi-Government organizations if any. Attested copies of Sales Tax Registration, NTN certificate, audit reports for the last three financial years, bank statements for the last year, CNIC of CEO/Director, and trade links with OEMs (for distributors/agents) are mandatory. A judicial certificate worth Rs 100 duly attested by an Oath Commissioner confirming the firm is not blacklisted or suspended is also required. Documentary evidence of contracts executed in the last three financial years with government or semi-government organizations must be provided. A postal order of Rs 2000/- should be enclosed with the Technical Bid in favor of Director Supply Chain Management Directorate (SCM), HIT Taxila. The last date for collection of tender documents is 17 August 2026 at 10:30 hours, and the tender submission deadline is 17 August 2026 at 11:00 hours. Tender opening will be available on the PPRA website.
