Tender Description
Sui Northern Gas Pipelines Limited (SNGPL) Islamabad D Procurement Department invites sealed bids for the procurement of miscellaneous milk tea material for the fiscal year 2026-27 under reference P80719. The procurement is planned to be conducted through the Single Stage-One Envelope method adopting Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique in accordance with the Public Procurement Rules, 2004 and related regulations.

Bidders must submit bids accompanied by Bid Security in the form of Pay Order, Banker's Cheque, Call at Deposit, Bank Guarantee, or Demand Draft as specified in the bidding documents. The bidding documents containing detailed terms, conditions, specifications, and requirements are available on the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) portal at https://epads.gov.pk/opportunities/federal/procurements/80719. Interested bidders must be registered on EPADS v2.0 to participate.
The e-bids must be submitted through EPADS v2.0 on or before Monday, August 31, 2026, 03:00 PM. Bids will be opened on the same day at 03:30 PM. Eligibility includes compliance with PEC categories if applicable, valid FBR/ATL registration, and earnest money as per bidding documents. The procurement is managed by the SNGPL Procurement Department Islamabad D, located at Regional Distribution Office, Plot # 28-30, Sector I-9, Islamabad.
