Procurement of Misc. Items (Stores and Spares), Electrical Items, Stationery Items and Toners (2026-27)

The Benazir Income Support Programme-BISP (BISP) invites sealed bids for the procurement of various goods for the financial year 2026-27. This procurement is planned under contract reference P50354 and covers a wide range of items including miscellaneous stores and spares, electrical items, stationery, and toners. Items being procured: - Computer Accessories including USB drives (8GB, 16GB, 32GB, 64GB), DVD-RW, CD-RW, keyboards, mice (wired and wireless), mouse pads, power cables, VGA cables, printer data cables, network switches, various converters, HDMI cables, and headphones. - Stationery Items such as computer paper (A4 and legal size), ACR papers in multiple colors, ballpoint pens, gel pens, markers, highlighters, pencils, sharpeners, erasers, correction pens, diaries, registers, staplers and pins, paper clips, binder clips, punchers, scales, scissors, envelopes, files, post-it pads, gum sticks, stamp pads and ink, calculators, and tapes. - Miscellaneous Items including air fresheners, call bells, batteries (AA, AAA), wall clocks, ashtrays, tissue papers, dusting cloths, soaps, hand wash, towels, cleaning liquids, phenyl, toilet cleaners, dust bins, garbage bags, mops, wipers, perfumes, brooms, garbage trolleys, insect killers, surface cleaners, car polish, luster, and toilet brushes. - Electrical Items such as LED tube rods, LED panels, LED bulbs of various wattages, candle bulbs, exhaust fans of different sizes, copper cables, capacitors, extension leads, plugs, breakers, insulation tapes, screws, nails, cable clips, duct patti, switch boards, fan dimmers, flood lights, AC gases, and TV cable wires. - Toners including original cartridges for various HP, Canon, Brother, and Bizhub models. - Refilling of Toners for the same models as above. The technical scope covers supply of high-quality goods conforming to the specifications listed, with delivery to the BISP headquarters in Islamabad. Bidders must be registered with FBR, have relevant experience, and for toners, be authorized dealers or suppliers. Bid security is required as per lot specifications, and bids must be submitted online via EPADS v2.0 by the deadline of **September 10, 2026 at 11:00 AM**.
