Delivery periods vary from 7 to 20 days after issuance of purchase orders. Supplier warranty/guarantee for 12 months is mandatory alongside OEM warranty. Specific requirements include OEM authorization certificates, conformity letters, chemical composition certificates for brass, technical literature, samples for hardware and plastic wrap, and installation & commissioning for torch.
