Procurement of Other Contingency/Miscellaneous Items for Remodeling of Warsak Canal System District Khyber

The Office of the Commandant Special Security Unit SSU Khyber Pakhtunkhwa invites bids under National Competitive Bidding for the Financial Year 2026-27. The procurement is for Other Contingency/Miscellaneous items required for the remodeling of the Warsak Canal System located in District Khyber. This tender is issued by the Special Security Unit SSU and the submission deadline is set for 14/08/2026 at 10:00 hrs with the opening of proposals at 11:00 hrs on the same day in the presence of the Procurement Committee and bidders or their representatives at the office of the Deputy Commandant SSU. Items being procured: - Other Contingency/Miscellaneous items for remodeling of Warsak Canal System The tender documents and specifications can be obtained from the Account Section SSU located on the 3rd floor of the Elite Building Malik Saad Shaheed Police Line Peshawar. Bidders must submit their proposals through the e-PADS system and also provide a hard copy in original form to the Account Section SSU. The delivery period for the items is 15 days or as per the contract agreement. Eligibility criteria include registration on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) of FBR, and firms must have successfully completed three to four similar or relevant tenders with the Police Department in the previous financial year. Additionally, bidders should have at least one ongoing project with the Police Department at the time of bidding. A bid security of Rs. 50,000 is required with the financial proposal, and upon acceptance of tenders, a security deposit of Rs. 100,000 must be provided in the form of a Call Deposit. All rates quoted must be in Pakistani Rupees inclusive of all taxes, duties, packing, and freight charges, valid until 30/06/2027. The procuring entity reserves the right to reject any or all bids prior to acceptance and will communicate grounds for rejection upon request. Conditional tenders will not be entertained. All taxes will be deducted as per government policy.
