Delivery is required within 30 days at SNGPL Stores, Multan. Bidders must be registered on EPADS v2.0 and submit bids electronically before the deadline. Original bid security must be submitted physically to the SNGPL Stores Department, Piran Ghaib Road, Multan before bid closing time. Eligibility criteria include valid FBR registration, NTN, GST certificates, and compliance with PEC categories where applicable. Bid security in the form of Pay Order, Banker's Cheque, Call Deposit, Bank Guarantee, or Demand Draft is mandatory. The procurement will follow the Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) method under Single Stage One Envelope procedure.
