Procurement of Miscellaneous Tubeless Tyres LET/046/26 by Sui Northern Gas Pipelines Limited (SNGPL) Lahore

Sui Northern Gas Pipelines Limited (SNGPL) Lahore invites sealed bids through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) v2.0 for the procurement of miscellaneous tubeless automobile tyres under tender number LET/046/26 for the financial year 2026-27. The procurement is planned to commence on November 30, 2026, with bids to be submitted online on EPADS by Monday, October 19, 2026 at 02:30 PM, and bid opening scheduled the same day at 03:00 PM. Items being procured include a variety of tubeless tyres of different sizes and specifications suitable for vehicles such as Toyota Revo D/Cabin, Suzuki APV, Toyota Single Cabin, Toyota Hiroof, Toyota Hilux D/Cabin, Toyota Yaris, Nissan Pickup D/Cabin, Honda Civic, Isuzu Double Cabin, JAC 4x2, and Toyota Corolla GLI. Specific sizes include 265/65 R17, 185 R14C, 195 R14C, 235/65 R16C, 255/70 R15, 185/60 R15, 235/75 R15, 195 R15C, 235/55 R16, 195/70 R15C, 195/60 R15, and 265/60 R18. Quantities range from 1 to 16 units per size, with delivery scheduled within 30 days to the Basement Store, Gas House, 21 Kashmir Road, Lahore. Technical specifications require tyres to have traction rating A or above as per UTQG, speed ratings appropriate to vehicle type, load indexes as specified, temperature rating A, tubeless design, rim sizes matching the tyre size, compliance with ETRTO standards, manufacturing year not older than one year at delivery, procurement from authorized dealers, and tyre codes molded into the sidewall (no white markings). The useful life of tyres is fixed at 4 years. Eligible bidders must be registered with FBR and provide valid OEM authorization certificates. Bids must be accompanied by bid security in the form of Pay Order, Banker's Cheque, Call at Deposit, Bank Guarantee, or Demand Draft. The bidding process follows the Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique. Bidders must submit bids online via EPADS v2.0; manual submissions will be disqualified.
