Tender Description
The Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP) invites eligible bidders to participate in the procurement of MS Exchange Server Subscription Edition (SE) Licenses & User CALs for FY 2026-27. This procurement is planned under reserved funds and aims to cover eligible payments under the contract for the specified software licenses.
Items being procured:
- MS Exchange Server Subscription Edition (SE) Licenses
- User CALs
The procurement will be conducted using a Single Stage-One Envelope procedure adopting the Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique in accordance with the Public Procurement Rules, 2004 and related regulations. Bidders must submit a Bid Security in the form of a Pay Order or a bid securing declaration as specified in the bidding documents.
E-bidding documents containing detailed terms, conditions, specifications, and requirements are available on the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) at https://epads.gov.pk/opportunities/federal/procurements/87202. All interested bidders must register on EPADS v2.0 to participate. Bids must be submitted electronically through EPADS v2.0 by Wednesday, September 9, 2026, 02:30 PM. Bids will be opened on the same day at 03:00 PM. Manual submissions will not be entertained.
Eligibility criteria include registration on EPADS, compliance with regulatory guidelines, and adherence to bid security requirements. Bidders are advised to carefully review the bidding documents and ensure timely submission through the EPADS portal.
