Tender Description
The Punjab Agriculture Food & Drug Authority (PAFDA), under the Home Department, Government of the Punjab, Lahore, invites bids for the procurement of Supportive Equipment specifically a Multi-Mode Microplate Reader for the testing of Biologics. This procurement is aimed at enhancing the testing capabilities for biologics to ensure quality and safety standards.
Items being procured:
- Supportive Equipment: Multi-Mode Microplate Reader for the testing of Biologics (Quantity as per bidding documents)
The technical specifications for the equipment have been revised and are available in Annex-1 of the bidding documents. These revised documents can be accessed via the Punjab e-Procurement System (PEPS) and the PPRA website at https://ppra.punjab.gov.pk. Bidders must submit their bids strictly in accordance with these updated technical specifications.
The closing date for submission of bids has been extended to 13-11-2026 up to 10:30 AM. Bids will be opened electronically on the same day at 11:00 AM in the Committee Room of the PAFDA building located at Thokar Niaz Baig, Main Multan Road, Lahore. Bidders or their authorized representatives with valid authority letters are invited to attend the bid opening.
Eligibility criteria include compliance with the revised technical specifications, submission of bid security amounting to 2% of the estimated cost (Rs. 580,000), and adherence to all terms and conditions outlined in the tender documents. The estimated cost for this procurement is Rs. 29,000,000.
