Procurement of New Tyres for Vehicle No. LWC-5746 Hino Bus, UVAS, Lahore

The University of Veterinary & Animal Sciences (UVAS), Lahore invites electronic bids through the Punjab e-procurement System from interested bidders including manufacturers, exclusive authorized sole distributors of foreign manufacturers, agents, contractors, firms, sole proprietors, and suppliers registered with income tax, Punjab sales tax on services (PRA), General Sales Tax (GST), and Professional Tax registered firms. Bids must be submitted electronically by 28-10-2026 at 11:00 a.m. The technical bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 a.m. through the Punjab E-Procurement System in the presence of bidders. The bid security of 2% CDR amounting to Rs. 18,800/- refundable of the estimated price must be submitted with the bid on or before 11:00 a.m. on 28-10-2026. The procurement is specific to new tyres for the Hino Bus vehicle owned by UVAS Lahore. Bidders must be registered with relevant tax authorities and comply with Punjab Procurement Rules-2014 as amended. The bids submitted on the Punjab E-Procurement System will be acceptable.
