Procurement of Non-Consultancy Services for State Life Banca Sector Office, Sialkot

The State Life Insurance Corporation of Pakistan (SLIC), Sialkot Zone, is inviting bids for the procurement of Non-Consultancy Services specifically for the State Life Banca Sector Office located in Sialkot. The premises must have 2 rooms and 2 halls with separate indoor entrances, a furnished kitchen, 2 equipped washrooms, a reception area, and vehicle parking either in the basement or in front of the building. The building should have a separate entrance, be neat and clean with indoor and outdoor painting completed before possession, and have safe and secure electricity wiring including UPS connectivity. Separate electricity and water connections are required, with Sui gas connection availability optional. The premises must be situated on a main road with easy access and can be on the ground floor up to the second floor only. Emergency exits must be available as per municipal corporation by-laws. State Life reserves the right to alter indoor structures and install equipment at its own cost. Eligibility criteria include registration with FBR as an active taxpayer, possession of NTN, and relevant legal documents such as power of attorney for property agents and building safety certificates. Joint ventures are allowed with up to two members, and bid security in the form of a pay order amounting to PKR 50,000 is required.
