Procurement of Nut & Bolt 5/8" x 2" by Hyderabad Electric Supply Company (HESCO)

The Hyderabad Electric Supply Company (HESCO) in Hyderabad, Sindh, invites eligible suppliers to participate in the procurement of Nut & Bolt 5/8" x 2" under Tender No. 1966/26 with contract reference P94675 for the financial year 2026-27. This procurement is conducted through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) v2.0 using a Single Stage One Envelope procedure with Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique. Items being procured: - Nut & Bolt 5/8" x 2" with a quantity of 150,000 numbers to be delivered to Regional Store HESCO Hyderabad, Jamshoro & Nawabshah. The goods must conform strictly to WAPDA/PPMC/NTDC standard Specification No. DDS -10:83 (amended to date). The supplier is responsible for quality and quantity inspection prior to shipment and must provide inspection certificates. Delivery is on Free Consignee Stores (FCS) basis at Regional Store HESCO MCPL Workshop Jamshoro / Nawabshah. Partial deliveries and payments are allowed. Eligibility criteria include registration with FBR and active taxpayer status, pre-qualification with HESCO/DISCOs/NTDC/PPMC/WAPDA, valid prototype approval where applicable, and no blacklisting or debarment. Bidders must have demonstrated at least one purchase order of similar items with satisfactory completion in the last 5 years with HESCO or DISCOs. Bids must be submitted electronically via EPADS v2.0 by Tuesday, September 15, 2026 at 11:00 AM. Original bid security must be submitted physically to Room # 237, WAPDA Offices Complex, HESCO H/Qs, Hussainabad, Hyderabad before the deadline. Manual bids will not be accepted. The bid security must be in the form of Pay Order, Call at Deposit, Bank Guarantee, or Demand Draft. Performance security of 5% of contract price is required upon award. The contract includes a 12-month warranty period with replacement and repair obligations.
