Procurement of Nuts & Bolts 10X5/8'', 12X5/8'', 14X5/8''

The Multan Electric Power Company (MEPCO) is inviting bids for the procurement of nuts and bolts in Multan, Punjab. This procurement is planned for the financial year 2026-27 and aims to supply high-quality fasteners to MEPCO regional stores including Multan, Bahawalpur, Sahiwal, and D.G. Khan. The items being procured are: - NUTS & BOLTS 10X5/8'' Hexagonal bolts (Quantity: 51,080 units) - NUTS & BOLTS 12X5/8'' Hexagonal bolts (Quantity: 102,138 units) - NUTS & BOLTS 14X5/8'' Hexagonal bolts (Quantity: 16,072 units) These nuts and bolts must conform to the DDS-10:85 specification (amended to date) and be brand new, physically fit, and free from damages. The delivery schedule requires 50% of the quantity to be supplied within 60 days or earlier, and the remaining 50% within 90 days or earlier. The procurement will be conducted under the National Single Stage-One Envelope method with Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique. Eligible bidders must be registered with FBR, have relevant experience supplying MEPCO or DISCOs, and comply with all technical and legal requirements including PEC category and active tax payer status. Bid security and performance guarantees are mandatory, with bid security to be submitted physically before the deadline and performance security of 5% of contract price to be furnished within 14 days of Letter of Intent. The tender documents are available on EPADS v2.0 and bids must be submitted electronically via EPADS before the deadline of July 31, 2026, 11:45 AM. Manual submissions will not be accepted. Inspection will be conducted at the supplier's premises by authorized MEPCO representatives. Payment will be made in Pakistani Rupees against actual invoices and delivery receipts.
