Tender Description
The National Commission for Human Development (NCHD) invites sealed bids electronically from original manufacturers, authorized distributors, and suppliers registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments. The procurement is for IT equipment required for the NCHD Head Office in Islamabad for the financial year 2025-26.
Bidders must submit bids through the EPADS (PPRA) portal following the single stage - two envelope procedure. A bid security of PKR 400,000 in the form of Bank Draft/CDR is required. The bids will be opened on December 22, 2025, at 11:30 am in the presence of bidders or their representatives.
