The Medical Superintendent, WAPDA Hospital Complex, Lahore has allocated funds for the procurement planned during the financial year 2025-2026. Part of these funds will be utilized to cover eligible payments under the contract for the Procurement of MIS Form. E-Bidding documents containing detailed terms and conditions, specifications, method of procurement, procedure for submission of bids, bid security, bid validity, bid opening, evaluation criteria, clarification/rejection of bids, and performance security shall be available to interested bidders on EPADS free of cost at www.eprocure.gov.pk. Only bidding documents downloaded from EPADS shall be accepted. The bidding shall be conducted under the Single Stage – Single Envelope Procedure in accordance with the Public Procurement Rules, 2004, and any applicable regulations, guidelines, or instructions issued by the Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) from time to time. Participation is open to all eligible bidders.
