Procurement of Office Equipment Items for NADRA Regional Head Office Peshawar

The National Database & Registration Authority (NADRA) Regional Head Office in Peshawar is inviting pre-qualification applications for the procurement of Office Equipment Items through Open Framework Agreement(s). The objective is to pre-qualify suppliers and companies capable of supplying office equipment on demand through subsequent Call off Quotations under the framework agreement. The detailed specifications of each item will be shared with pre-qualified bidders at the time of issuance of Request for Quotations (RFQs). The procurement covers NADRA offices throughout Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, ensuring availability of these items at multiple locations. The framework agreement will be signed for a period ending 30th June 2028. Eligibility criteria include meeting PEC category requirements if applicable, valid FBR/ATL registration, and relevant experience. Applicants must not be blacklisted or debarred and should have sound financial standing. The pre-qualification process is open to all national applicants fulfilling the eligibility requirements.
