Procurement of Office Furniture by Energy Infrastructure Development and Management Company (EIDMC)

The Energy Infrastructure Development and Management Company (EIDMC) invites sealed bids for the procurement of office furniture to be delivered and installed at their office located at Office # 103, First Floor, Evacuee Trust Complex, Sector F-5/1, Islamabad Capital Territory. This procurement is planned for the financial year 2026-27 with a scheduled delivery period of 45 days from the contract award date. Items being procured include: - Conference Room Conferencing Table (1 qty) - Executive Officers Revolving Chairs (3 qty) - Conference Room Executive Revolving Chairs (15 qty) - Officer Centre Tables (3 qty) - Executive Office Tables with Side Rack (3 qty) - Office Guest Chairs (10 qty) - Sofa Two Seater (7 qty) The furniture specifications include high-quality materials such as MDF, leatherette upholstery, chrome bases, and solid kikar wood structures with polish finishes selected by EIDMC. Related services include transportation, delivery, installation, warranty, after-sales service, availability of spare parts, repair and maintenance support, and replacement of defective or damaged items. Eligible bidders must be registered with FBR for NTN and GST, provide audited financial statements for the last three years, and meet the technical and financial evaluation criteria based on Quality and Cost Based Selection (QCBS) with a 50% weightage each. A bid security of PKR 60,000 is required. Bids must be submitted electronically via EPADS v2.0 by Monday, October 5, 2026, at 11:00 AM, with bid opening at 11:30 AM the same day.
