Procurement of Offset Paper, P.S. Plates, CTP Plates, Toners, Ink, Staple Machines and Corrugated Boxes

The Printing Corporation of Pakistan (Pvt) Limited, operating under the Cabinet Division in Islamabad, is procuring various printing and office supplies including pink and light green offset paper, P.S. plates, CTP plates, P.S. plate developer, laser jet toners, tracing paper, UV ink, HD staple machines, and corrugated boxes. This procurement is specifically for the PCP Press located in Islamabad and aims to fulfill the printing material requirements for the current financial year. The technical scope covers supply of high finish local offset papers sized 20x30 inches with 68 GSM, imported P.S. and CTP plates with precise thickness specifications, chemical developers, laser toners, tracing paper in A4 size, UV invisible ink, staple machines, and corrugated boxes of specified dimensions and ply. The materials must meet quality standards and samples will be mechanically tested by PCP with possible third-party verification. Recycled or colorized paper is not acceptable. Eligible bidders must be manufacturers or general order suppliers registered with the FBR, appearing on the active taxpayer list, and must provide valid NTN and GST registration numbers. Earnest money in the form of bank drafts/pay orders is mandatory as per lot-wise requirements. Bidders should submit at least two full-size sample sheets per paper/card item along with their bids. The bid validity period is 90 days and the contract will be awarded to the lowest evaluated bidder. Late or incomplete bids without earnest money or samples will be rejected.
