The National University of Modern Languages Transport Section Islamabad is procuring brand new, genuine oil filters, fuel filters (big and small), and air filters for a variety of university vehicles and equipment. Bidders must specify brand name, country of origin, and part number. Counterfeit, refurbished, or locally modified filters will be rejected. Equivalent brands may be accepted subject to inspection committee approval. This procurement is under the jurisdiction of the National University of Modern Languages Transport Section Islamabad. The bidding firms must be GST and income tax registered. Earnest money of Rs. 113,296/- in the form of demand draft/pay order/CDR in favor of the Rector NUML must accompany the bid. Bids without earnest money will be rejected outright. The bidding process follows a Single Stage Single Envelope procedure. The filters will be delivered to the university campus within five days of the supply order. Failure to comply will result in a penalty of 0.1% per day up to a maximum of 10% of the contract cost. The rates quoted must be inclusive of all government taxes and valid until 30 June 2027. The university reserves the right to increase or decrease quantities as per operational needs without claims from bidders. Eligibility requires NTN/STN/Professional Tax registration, submission of affidavit on stamp paper, financial health proof, income tax returns for last two years, and relevant experience. Technical support strength of the firm is also evaluated. The tender submission deadline is **4 July 2024 23:59:59**.
