Tender Description
The Provincial Election Commissioner Balochistan (Election Commission of Pakistan) invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the procurement of various goods and services for the fiscal year 2026-27. Items being procured:
- Original Tonners
- Computer Accessories
- Stationery Items
- Miscellaneous & Other Store Articles
- Machinery & Equipment
- Purchase & Repair of Furniture & Fixture
- Maintenance/Repair of Transport
- Conference & Seminars
The procurement will be conducted using the Single Stage-One Envelope Quality and Cost Based Selection (QCBS) technique in accordance with the Public Procurement Rules, 2004 and related regulations. All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security in the form of Pay Order or Banker's Cheque as specified in the bidding documents. E-Bidding documents containing detailed terms, conditions, specifications, and requirements are available on the EPADS v2.0 portal at https://epads.gov.pk/opportunities/federal/procurements/136995. Bidders must register on EPADS v2.0 to participate.
E-bids must be submitted through EPADS v2.0 by Tuesday, November 3, 2026, 06:00 AM. Bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 AM. Manual submissions will not be entertained. A tutorial for registration is available at https://vendors.epads.gov.pk/ and https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MNW6T38v7tc.
This procurement is subject to Rule 48 of the Public Procurement Rules, 2004. The Grievance Redressal Committee (GRC) is notified for this procurement, and notification copies are available on the procuring agency's website and the Authority's website at www.ppra.org.pk.
