Tender Description
The Hazara Electric Supply Company (HAZECO) based in Abbottabad, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, is procuring Outdoor and Indoor Termination Kits (T/Kit) for 1000 MCM Power Cable and 3 Core AWG 4/0 Power Cable. This procurement is planned for the financial year 2025-26 and aims to enhance the power cable infrastructure with high-quality cable termination kits compliant with WAPDA/NTDC/IEC standards.
The technical scope includes supply of outdoor and indoor T/Kits for high voltage cables as per NTDC specifications amended to date. The kits are to be delivered free to HAZECO Regional Store Abbottabad within 150 days from the date of issuance of the Purchase Order. The procurement follows a Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) method under a National Single Stage-One Envelope procedure.
Eligible bidders must have valid PEC registration, FBR/ATL registration, and proven experience of supplying similar or higher rating materials in the last five years. The manufacturer should have at least five years of manufacturing experience and the offered material must have been in satisfactory operation for at least three years in DISCO/NTDC/WAPDA/GENCO. Bidders must submit audited financial statements for the last three years and a declaration of non-blacklisting.
The bid submission deadline is Wednesday, June 17, 2026, at 03:00 PM via EPADS v2.0, with manual submission of bid security at HAZECO HQ Abbottabad. Bids will be opened on Friday, July 17, 2026, at 03:30 PM.
