Pakistan Aeronautical Complex (PAC) Kamra invites quotations for procurement of various paints, adhesives, flow meters, tools, and testing equipment required by the Aircraft Rebuild Factory. The items must be delivered on FOR Kamra basis with proper packing to avoid damage. The bidder must be manufacturer of the products and provide OEM warranty. Delivery period is not more than two weeks. Eligibility requires firms to be on ATL of FBR and provide proof with quotation. Earnest money at 5% of bid value (not exceeding 0.150 million PKR) is required in form of CDR. Quotations must be typed and submitted in separate sealed envelopes for technical and commercial bids. Offers without earnest money or conditional offers will be rejected. The tender opening is scheduled for 29 October 2026 at 11:30 AM. The bid validity is until 30 June 2027. Bidders should mark envelopes with tender reference and category details. Payment will be made through cheque against sales tax invoice.
