Procurement of Paper Reams for NESPAK Islamabad

The National Engineering Services Pakistan Pvt. Ltd. (NESPAK) based in Islamabad Capital Territory is procuring paper reams for its operations in the financial year 2026-27. This procurement is critical for the smooth functioning of NESPAK's administrative and operational activities in Islamabad. Items being procured: - 800 Reams of A4 70gsm copier paper - 125 Reams of A3 70gsm copier paper - 100 Reams of A4 80gsm copier paper - 50 Reams of A3 80gsm copier paper - 10 Reams of Legal Size 70gsm paper The technical specifications require Paper One / Double A or equivalent quality with precise weight, thickness, opacity, whiteness, and brightness parameters for each paper type. The A4 and A3 papers are specified at 70gsm and 80gsm weights with detailed thickness and brightness ranges, ensuring high-quality printing and copying standards. The Legal Size paper is also 70gsm with similar quality requirements. Eligible bidders must have NTN and GST registration with ATL status on FBR, an established office or warehouse in Islamabad or Rawalpindi with proof of utility bills, and must not be blacklisted or involved in litigation. Manufacturer's authorization or dealership certificates are mandatory for participation. The bid security is set at PKR 68,000 in the form of Pay Order or Call at Deposit. Delivery is to be made at NESPAK House, Sector G-5/2, Islamabad within the financial year 2026-27, with a maximum delivery time of 3 days upon order.
