Procurement of Perishable Items, HMT and Hired Lab Contracts for CY-2027 in Gujranwala Logistics Area

The Gujranwala Logistics Area Headquarters invites tenders from pre-qualified firms for procurement of perishable items, hired mechanical transport (HMT), and hired labor contracts for the calendar year 2027. The procurement covers a range of perishable goods and services to be supplied or performed within the Gujranwala Logistics Area and surrounding supply zones. Items being procured: - Meat, Chicken and Hide Skins for Lahore, Kharian, Sialkot, Gujranwala, Sargodha and Chunian - Onion & Potatoes Fresh for Lahore, Kharian, Sialkot, Gujranwala & Sargodha - Vegetable and Fruit Fresh for Lahore, Kharian, Sialkot, Gujranwala & Sargodha - Group Contracts & Hide Skins for Nurkot & Zafarwal, Tatle & Pasrur, Qadirabad & Rattian, Mianwali/ Chashma & Sakesar, Grote & Risalewala, Kirana and Chunian - Fire Wood Group - Ice Group - Hired Labour & Hired Labour at Surge for Lahore, Kharian, Sialkot, Gujranwala and Sargodha - Hired Mechanical Transport (HMT) for transportation of Military Stores and personnel from/within Gujranwala Logistic Area boundary to all stations originating from Military Grain Depot Lahore, Bulk Inspection Unit Lahore, Control Floor Mills No.1, Supply Depot Gujranwala, Base Supply Depot Lahore, Base Supply Depot Kharian, Supply Depot Sargodha and Reserve Supply Depot Sialkot The scope includes supply of fresh perishable food items and hides across multiple cities, as well as hiring of labor and mechanical transport services for military logistics operations. Tenderers must submit completed forms with 2% bid security (maximum Rs. 10 Lac) in the form of CDR (Call Deposit Receipt) in the name of Deputy Director Supplies and Transport Headquarters Gujranwala Logistics Area. Failure to submit the bid security will result in rejection of the tender form. Tender forms must be received at Gujranwala Logistics Area by 1030 hours on the specified dates and will be opened at 1100 hours. The competent authorities reserve the right to reject any or all documents due to technical or other reasons.
