Procurement of Photocopier by Department of Elementary & Secondary Education Azad Jammu & Kashmir

The Department of Elementary & Secondary Education Azad Jammu & Kashmir invites bids from authorized dealers and partners registered with Sales Tax and Income Tax Departments of AJK and Government of Pakistan. This procurement follows the Single Stage–One Envelope Procedure under the AJ&K Public Procurement Rules, 2017. Items being procured: - Photocopier The tender document is available immediately after publishing this notice and can be obtained from the office of the Senior Chief Planning Cell E&SE district complex L-Block Muzaffarabad from 08:00 am to 04:00 pm Monday to Friday. Interested bidders must submit a written application on original firm/company letterhead and pay a non-refundable fee of PKR 5000. Bids must reach the specified address by hand or registered courier before the deadline. Bid security of PKR 100,000 in the form of CDR, Bank Draft, or Pay Order in favor of Senior Chief Planning Cell, Elementary and Secondary Education Department AJK Muzaffarabad is mandatory with the financial bid. Offers without bid security will be rejected. The supply must be on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis to Muzaffarabad AJK, inclusive of all taxes, transportation, and installation costs at the institute level. The bid validity period is 120 days from the bid opening date. Complete supply with approved specifications must be delivered within 45 days from the contract date. All procurement processes are governed by AJ&K PPRA Rules, 2017. Blacklisted firms, companies, suppliers, distributors, contractors, and bidders are prohibited from participation. Bidders must provide a certificate affirming non-blacklisted status and absence of conflicts with the government in any territory within AJK, Federally Administered Areas, or Pakistan. Evaluation reports and contract awards will be displayed on the AJKPRA website. Bidders are advised to carefully prepare their financial bids including all applicable charges and ensure timely submission to avoid disqualification.
