Tender Description
The Pakistan Institute of Fashion and Design (PIFD) Lahore is inviting bids for the procurement of a photocopier machine as part of its planned procurement for the financial year 2026-27. This procurement is aimed at enhancing the office equipment infrastructure at PIFD Lahore to support its administrative and academic functions efficiently.

The procurement scope includes the supply and delivery of a photocopier machine suitable for the institute's operational needs. Bidders must ensure that the equipment meets the technical specifications outlined in the bidding documents available on EPADS v2.0. The procurement will be conducted under the Single Stage-One Envelope procedure using the Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique in accordance with the Public Procurement Rules, 2004.
Eligible bidders must be registered on EPADS v2.0 and comply with all regulatory requirements including submission of Earnest Money in the form of Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) or bid securing declaration as specified in the bidding documents. The deadline for submission of e-bids is Tuesday, July 28, 2026, at 11:00 AM, with bid opening scheduled for 11:30 AM on the same day via EPADS v2.0. Manual submissions will not be accepted.
