The equipment must be supplied as a complete, ready-to-use system with all standard parts, accessories, consumables, and disposables. Eligibility criteria require valid registration, tax compliance, non-blacklisting affidavit, bid security submission, and manufacturer authorization. The procurement follows a Single Stage Two Envelope procedure with technical and financial bids submitted via EPADS v2.0. The bid security amount is Rs. 180,000. The delivery period is 90 days from issuance of the letter of award, with installation and commissioning to be completed within 30 days thereafter. A one-year warranty with a five-year extended maintenance contract is required. The bidder must ensure availability of spare parts and consumables for at least 10 years. Payment terms include 90% payment upon delivery and inspection, and 10% upon installation and commissioning.
