Procurement and Placement of Fire Proof Large Size Safes for CAD Department Regional Office Bannu

The National Bank of Pakistan (Engineering Wing North Islamabad) invites sealed bids through EPADS v2.0 for the procurement and placement of fire proof large size safes at the CAD Department Regional Office Bannu. The construction requires an outer body of 6.5mm thick mild steel sheet and an inner body of 1.4mm mild steel sheet with 2-3 inches of fire proof material in between. Heavy duty brass and steel locks with triple control locking system, stainless steel imported handles, and anti-drilling and fire cutting protections are mandatory. The safes must comply with approved NBP and SBP standards and require approval from NBP engineers during manufacturing and pre-shipment. Eligible bidders must be registered on the Active Taxpayer List, not blacklisted, and provide proof of similar contracts supplying fire proof safes. Bidders must submit bids in English language through EPADS v2.0 by the deadline. The delivery period is 30 calendar days after contract signing. Bid security of PKR 75,000 is required in the form of a bank guarantee or certified cheque. Technical brochures and manufacturer authorization letters must be included.
