Tender Description
The Sayed Abdullah Shah Institute of Medical Sciences Sehwan under the Health Department Government of Sindh is procuring plant, machinery, furniture, fixtures, and transport vehicles for the Emergency Cum Rapid Response Centre located in Sehwan. This procurement is part of the ADP scheme number 942 for the financial years 2025-26 and 2026-27. The scope includes supply and installation of ambulances, furniture, fixtures, machinery, and related equipment to support emergency response services.
The technical scope covers delivery and installation of all items at the site, with a supply period of up to 16 weeks after purchase order issuance. Installation will commence after satisfactory delivery. The procurement follows the Single Stage – Two Envelope procedure by QCB method, ensuring transparency and competitiveness. Bidders must submit earnest money in the form of a Pay Order or Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) equivalent to 2% of the quoted amount and a performance security of 5% after award.
