Procurement of Point of Care Testing (POCT) on Reagent Rental Basis at Pakistan Kidney and Liver Institute and Research Center Lahore

The Pakistan Kidney and Liver Institute and Research Center (PKLI&RC) Lahore invites bids for the procurement of Point of Care Testing (POCT) on a reagent rental basis for the fiscal year 2026-2027. Items being procured: - Point of Care Testing (POCT) on Reagent Rental Basis as per scope of work The procurement involves a reagent rental model where the supplier provides reagents for POCT. The bidding procedure follows a single stage two envelope system as per PPRA-2014 rules. The estimated cost of this procurement is Rs. 37.36 Million with a bid security requirement of 2% of the estimated amount, equating to Rs. 747,230. Delivery terms specify DDP PKLI & RC Lahore. Eligible bidders must be original manufacturers or sole distributors of foreign principals or authorized representatives with verifiable authorization. They must be registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments. Bidding documents are available free of cost on the PKLI website and can also be downloaded from the Punjab e-Procurement portal. Bids must be submitted online via the Punjab e-Procurement system by 02-10-2026 at 11:00 AM. The bid opening will occur the same day at 11:30 AM in the presence of bidders' representatives.
