Procurement of Poultry Medicines, Drugs & Vaccines for Livestock & Fisheries Department Sindh 2026-27

The Directorate of Poultry Production & Research Sindh, under the Livestock & Fisheries Department Government of Sindh, Karachi invites sealed bids from manufacturers and importers for the procurement of poultry medicines, drugs, and vaccines for the financial year 2026-27. This procurement covers a wide range of items including antibiotics, probiotics, vitamins, minerals, antiparasitics, chemicals, biologics, disinfectants, consumables, and poultry vaccines both imported and local. The supply is intended for the Directorate PP&R Sindh Karachi and its sub-offices across multiple districts including Karachi, Hyderabad, Sukkur, Mirpurkhas, Dadu, Jamshoro, Khairpur, Shaheed Benazirabad, Larkano, Shikarpur, Tharparkar, Mithi, Thatta, Naushehro Feroze, Umerkot, Ghotki, Kashmore, Kandhkot, Badin, Jacobabad, and Matiari. Items being procured: - Poultry Medicines/Drugs & Vaccines (Antibiotics, Probiotics, Vitamins, Minerals, Antiparasitics, Chemicals, Biologics, Disinfectant & Consumables) and Poultry Vaccines (Imported/Local) The procurement requires bidders to provide detailed documentation including firm registration, experience proof of at least three years, valid licenses from DRAP, GMP certification, ISO certificates, SECP registration, proof of raw material origin, financial statements, audit reports, and other relevant legal and technical documents. Importers must also provide valid proof of production and authorization from original sources. Bidders must submit their proposals electronically through the EPADS website https://portalsindh.eprocure.gov.pk by the deadline. The tender fee is Rs. 5,000 payable via Pay Order or Demand Draft in favor of the Director Poultry Production & Research Sindh Karachi. Bid security of 2.5% of the quoted bid is required and must be submitted both electronically and in original before the deadline.
