Heavy Industries Taxila invites sealed bids from eligible manufacturers, authorized dealers, distributors, suppliers, or firms possessing valid National Tax Number (NTN) and Sales Tax Registration where applicable. Procurement will be conducted under PPRA and MoDP rules. Items being procured: - Power Driven Trolley (Quantity: 01 Nos) The delivery period is 4 months after signing the contract. Tender documents are available on the PPRA website. The last date for collection of tender documents is 14 September 2026. Tender submission deadline is 14 September 2026 at 10:30 hours, with opening at 11:00 hours the same day. Bidders must submit photocopies of registration/pre-qualification/indexation letters issued by HIT/DGP/MoDP/Govt or Semi Govt organizations if any, attested registration certificates from Sales Tax Department and NTN certificate, audit reports for last 3 financial years, attested bank statement for last year, attested CNIC of CEO/Director, trade link certificate between firm and OEM if distributor/agent, judicial paper worth Rs 100 attested by Oath Commissioner confirming firm is not blacklisted or debarred, documentary evidence of contracts executed in last 3 years with Govt/Semi Govt organizations, and a postal order of Rs 2,000/- enclosed with the Technical Bid in favor of Director Supply Chain Management Directorate (SCM), HIT Taxila. Bidders are advised to contact the Supply Chain Management Directorate well before the bid opening date for any queries regarding nomenclature or specifications.
