Procurement of 03 Prefabricated Containers with Transportation to GABD Border Terminal

The National Logistics Corporation invites sealed tenders for the procurement and supply of 03 prefabricated containers sized 20'x10' (2 office containers and 1 living container) including transportation and delivery to the GABD Border Terminal in Gwadar. Items being procured: - 20'x10' out to out steel structure container as per standards - Exterior work details: fully furnished with standard doors/windows including outer shade, exhaust, anti-rust white matte paint finishing, and roof waterproof coating - Interior work details (wooden): wooden frame insulation for walls and roof, thermopile insulation, interior wall paneling, 1.5t inverter AC, false ceiling with standard washroom sanitary fittings including accessories - Electric fittings and cables wiring: Pakistan/FAST or equivalent switches, plugs, breakers, lights, bracket fan - Upper head water storage tank: 1000 liters (3 ply) The scope includes quality workmanship and materials strictly following approved drawings and specifications under NLC supervision. The bidder must have vast experience in civil and mechanical works with expertise in technical skills including civil, mechanical, and instrumentation. The bidder is responsible for all execution-related expenses including permits, NOCs, local taxes, and transportation damages or losses. The tender will be opened on 21 September 2026 at 1130 hours at NLC Gabd Border Terminal, District Gwadar. Bidders must submit sealed tenders by 1100 hours on the same day.
