Procurement of Printing of Answer Sheets by Comsats University Islamabad

Comsats University Islamabad (Islamabad Campus) invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the procurement of goods under the contract TN-748 (EFS-40855) FT # Printing of Answer Sheets. The procurement is planned for FY 2026-27 and funded by Comsats University Islamabad. Items being procured: - Printing of Answer Sheets The procurement will be conducted using the Single Stage Two Envelope method adopting Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique in line with Public Procurement Rules, 2004 and related regulations. All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security in the form of Pay Order, Demand Draft, or a bid securing declaration as specified in the bidding documents. Bidders must be registered on EPADS v2.0 to participate. Bids must be submitted through EPADS v2.0 on or before Thursday, September 24, 2026, at 11:00 AM. The bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 AM. Manual submissions will not be entertained. Vendors not registered on EPADS v2.0 may register themselves at https://vendors.epads.gov.pk/.
