Procurement of Printing Material and Equipment for Printing & Stationery Department Muzaffarabad

The Printing & Stationery Department of Azad Jammu & Kashmir in Muzaffarabad invites bids for procurement of various printing materials and equipment for the financial year 2026-27. The items include Purchase of Printing Material & Equipment such as Papers, Board & Card, Coated Plates, Inks etc. against approved budget on FOR basis at Printing & Stationery department, Bank Road Near Neelum Bridge, Muzaffarabad, AJK. A complete set of detailed documents along with item detail and specifications can be obtained from the office by depositing Rs. 2000 from the Office of the Admin Officer during office hours. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedure under Single stage one envelope procedure as per AJK PPRA Rules. Bids must be accompanied by a Call Deposit Receipt of 2 million as Bid Security. Technical and financial proposals must be submitted separately and delivered to the Office of Manager/Admin Officer before 11:00 am on 03-09-2026. The bid opening will be held at 11:30 am on the same day in presence of bidders or their representatives. The employer reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids in accordance with AJKPPRA Rules 2017. The employer also reserves the right to increase, decrease or eliminate any item(s) from the list offered. All taxes and charges payable to the successful bidder will be deducted according to prevailing laws of AJK & Government.
