Tender Description
The Printing Corporation of Pakistan (Printing Corporation of Pakistan (PCP)) invites sealed bids for the procurement of printing material for its PCP Press located on University Road, Karachi. This procurement is planned for the financial year 2026-27 and will be conducted through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) v2.0 platform. Bidders must be registered on EPADS v2.0 to participate and submit their bids electronically before the deadline of Wednesday, September 30, 2026 at 02:00 PM. Manual submissions will not be accepted.

- White Offset Paper 20"x30"/75 Gsm (Imported), Quantity: 66 Reams
- White Offset Paper 23"x36"/90 Gsm (Imported), Quantity: 21 Reams
- White Offset Paper 23"x36"/100 Gsm (Imported), Quantity: 11 Reams
- Blue Box Board 22"x28"/360 Gsm (Local), Quantity: 100 Packets
- White Art Card 22"x28"/260 Gsm (Imported), Quantity: 100 Packets
- White Art Card 22"x28"/300 Gsm (Imported), Quantity: 172 Packets

The scope includes supply of high-quality printing papers, fiberboards, cardstock papers, cardboard, and printing plates as per specifications. Delivery is scheduled within 15 days to the PCP Press, Karachi. Eligible bidders must comply with PEC registration requirements where applicable, be registered with FBR and ATL, and provide bid security or bid securing declaration as specified. The procurement will follow Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) criteria.
Bidders are advised to carefully review the bidding documents available on EPADS and ensure timely submission of bids along with the original bid security physically submitted at the designated address in Islamabad before the deadline. Technical and financial bids will be opened online on the same day at 02:30 PM. The Procuring Agency reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
