Tender Description
Pakistan Revenue Automation Pvt Limited (PRAL) Islamabad Capital Territory is procuring professional/business series laptops under contract number P36137 for the financial year 2025-26. The procurement involves two categories of laptops: Category (A) with Intel Core Ultra 7 265H processors, 32 GB DDR5 memory, 1 TB NVMe SSD storage, and Category (B) with Intel Core Ultra 7 155H processors, 32 GB DDR5 memory, 512 GB NVMe SSD storage. Both categories include accessories such as branded executive carrying cases and OEM branded wireless optical mice. The laptops feature advanced security including TPM 2.0, IR cameras, fingerprint readers, and privacy shutters. The delivery location is PRAL Head Office, Sector I-9/3, Islamabad, with a delivery period of 10 weeks from the date of purchase order issuance.
Eligible bidders must be registered with FBR, active taxpayers, and not blacklisted. They must provide manufacturer authorization certificates and demonstrate financial capability with an average annual turnover of at least PKR 30 million over the last five years. Experience of successfully completing at least two comparable contracts in the last five years is required. Bidders must submit technical and financial bids through the EPADS v2.0 platform by the submission deadline of Monday, June 8, 2026 at 11:00 AM.
