Procurement of Prosthetic Devices for Persons with Disabilities under ADP Scheme Punjab

The Directorate General Social Welfare & Bait Ul Maal Punjab Lahore invites electronic bids on Punjab e-Procurement system (eP) for procurement of Prosthetic devices for persons with disabilities under ADP scheme for financial years 2026-27 and 2027-28. Items being procured: - Lower Limb (Above Knee) prosthetic devices, 120 units - Lower Limb (Below Knee) prosthetic devices, 160 units - Upper Limb (Below Elbow) / Myoelectric Prosthetic devices, 120 units - Upper Limb (Above Elbow) / Myoelectric Prosthetic devices, 100 units - Knee Orthosis, 200 units The total estimated cost is Rs. 527,000,000. The procurement is for provision of wheelchairs, prosthetics, hearing aids, and other assistive devices to persons with disabilities under the ADP scheme on a framework contract basis. Bidders must be registered firms with relevant registration authorities and tax departments (Income Tax, Sales Tax & Punjab Sales Tax). The bid security of 2% of the total estimated cost amounting to Rs. 10,540,000 must be submitted electronically through Punjab e-Procurement System. No physical financial instrument will be accepted. The bidding procedure is Single Stage - Two Envelopes as per Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014. The complete electronic bids must be submitted online at Punjab e-Procurement system (eP) at https://ep.punjab.gov.pk.
