Procurement of Public Address System for Aga Khan Agency for Habitat Pakistan Projects in Gilgit-Baltistan and Chitral

Aga Khan Agency for Habitat Pakistan (AKAHP) invites sealed bids from reputable manufacturers, authorized suppliers, and experienced firms for the supply, transportation, installation, testing, and commissioning of a Public Address (PA) System for its projects located in Gilgit-Baltistan and Chitral. The procurement is managed by Aga Khan Agency for Habitat Pakistan with the office located in Islamabad. Items being procured: - Supply of Public Address PA System including amplifiers, speakers, microphones, mixer/audio controller, cabling, mounting accessories, and all related components, conforming to technical specifications and BOQs provided in the bidding documents. The scope includes delivery, installation, and commissioning of the PA system as per the detailed technical specifications. Quantity and specifications of items will be provided in the bid documents. Partial bidding is not allowed; bidders must apply for all items. Bidding will be conducted through a Single Stage - Single Envelope procedure. Interested bidders can obtain detailed bidding documents, including technical specifications, quantities, terms and conditions, and BOQs from the contact address or via email. Bids must be submitted on or before 10th September at 3:00 PM. Bids will be opened the same day at 3:30 PM in the presence of bidders.
