Procurement of PVC 2/CORE 7/0.052 Cable as per NTDC Specification DDS-8:2007

Sukkur Electric Power Company (SEPCO) invites sealed bids through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) v2.0 for the procurement of PVC 2/CORE 7/0.052 cable as per NTDC Specification DDS-8:2007 (Amended to date). The procurement is planned for the financial year 2026-27 and the goods are to be supplied on FCS (Free Consignee Stores) basis at Regional Stores Rohri and Larkana in Sindh province. Items being procured: - PVC 2/CORE 7/0.052 cable, quantity 200 Kilometers The technical scope requires compliance with NTDC Specification DDS-8:2007 (Amended to date). The supplier is responsible for loading and unloading at the consignee stores. The delivery schedule requires 100% supply within 90 days or earlier from the date of purchase order. Prototype approval from NTDC/PPMC/NGC is mandatory or must be obtained before mass production. Inspection and testing will be conducted at the manufacturer's premises and by SEPCO representatives. The supplier must provide a performance guarantee of 5% of the contract price and warranty for 12 months from the date of supply completion. The supplier must be registered with FBR, on the Active Taxpayer List, and pre-qualified with SEPCO/NTDC/PPMC/DISCOs. Bid security of Rs. 852,000 in PKR is required in the form of Pay Order, Banker's Cheque, Call Deposit, Bank Guarantee, or Demand Draft. Bids must be submitted online via EPADS v2.0 by October 15, 2026, 10:30 AM. Hard copy of bid security must be submitted physically before the deadline at SEPCO Head Office, Sukkur. Technical and financial bids will be opened on the same day at 12:45 PM. Manual bids will not be accepted. The evaluation will be based on Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique. The successful bidder will be required to submit a performance security within 7 days of Letter of Intent issuance.
