Procurement of Qual Spares of A-Veh (VT-4)

Heavy Industries Taxila invites sealed bids from eligible manufacturers, authorized dealers, distributors, suppliers, or firms possessing valid National Tax Number (NTN) and Sales Tax Registration where applicable. Procurement will be conducted under PPRA and MoDP rules. Items being procured: - Qual Spares of A-Veh (VT-4) as per attached Annexure 'A' The procurement involves supply of quality spares for A-Veh (VT-4) with delivery within 6 months after signing the contract. Bidders must submit a comprehensive set of documents including photocopies of registration, pre-qualification, indexation letters, attested registration certificates from Sales Tax Department, NTN certificates, audit reports for last 3 financial years, bank statements, CNIC copies of CEO/Director, trade links with OEM, judicial certificate worth Rs 100 attested by Oath Commissioner, and documentary evidence of contracts executed in last 3 years with government or semi-government organizations. A postal order of Rs 2000 must be enclosed with the Technical Bid in favor of Director Supply Chain Management Directorate (SCM), HIT Taxila. The tender submission deadline is 03 September 2026 at 10:30 hours, with tender opening on 30 September 2026 at 11:00 hours.
