Procurement of Raw Material for Heavy Industries Taxila

Heavy Industries Taxila invites sealed bids from eligible manufacturers, authorized dealers, distributors, suppliers, or firms possessing valid National Tax Number (NTN) and Sales Tax Registration where applicable. Procurement will be conducted under PPRA and MoDP rules with eligibility criteria as per the Standard Bidding Document (SBD). Items being procured: - Raw Material as per Annex A, quantity approximately 1, delivery period 2 months after signing of contract. Trade link documents between firm and OEM (if distributor/agent) and a judicial paper worth Rs 100 attested by Oath Commissioner confirming the firm is not blacklisted, suspended, or debarred by any government organization are mandatory. Documentary evidence of contracts executed in the last 3 years with government or semi-government organizations is also required. A postal order of Rs 2,000/- must be enclosed with the Technical Bid in favor of Director Supply Chain Management Directorate (SCM), HIT Taxila.
