The site of delivery is Kundian. Bidders must be registered with the Sales Tax Department and possess relevant experience in supplying these items. Tender documents can be obtained from the office on any working day between 09:00 AM to 01:00 PM except weekends and holidays upon submission of a written request and payment of the tender fee as specified. The tender closing date is 12th August 2026 by 13:30 hours, with opening at 14:00 hours on the same day in the presence of bidders. Earnest Money in the form of CDR is required. Cash payments are not accepted. The procuring agency reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids at any time.
