Tender Description
The Infrastructure Development Authority Punjab, responsible for the establishment of the Federal Government Polyclinic (PGMI-II) at G-11/3 Islamabad, invites bids for the procurement of refrigeration equipment under Local Package No. 28, Lot-B on a DDP basis. This procurement is part of the FY 2026-27 budget and aims to support the establishment of the polyclinic facility in Islamabad.

- Refrigeration Equipment (Local Package No. 28, Lot-B)
The procurement will follow the Single Stage-Two Envelope procedure using the Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique in accordance with the Public Procurement Rules 2004 and relevant regulatory guidelines. Bidders must submit bids accompanied by a Bid Security as specified in the bidding documents. The bidding documents, including detailed terms, conditions, specifications, and requirements, are available on the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) portal.
